  • Stored Value balances of less than ten dollars ($10) were converted to 1-ride passes on June 1, 2026. Full Fare riders received between 1 and 4 rides. Half-Fare riders received between 1 and 8 rides. These passes are called “1Ride Pass (SV)”

  • All 31-day passes were replaced with equivalent passes.

  • Riders with unused 10-ride passes were not affected. Partially used 10-ride passes were converted to an equivalent number of single-ride passes. These passes are called “1 Ride Pass (Tr).”

  • Riders can check their balances at the PART CTC Ticket Window, by calling the PART Call Center at (336) 883-7278., in the UMO App (for mobile accounts only), or by registering a UMO account at https://www.touchpass.com/en-US/.

  • This is a first step towards greater UMO connection between PART Express, Link Transit, Greensboro Transit Authority, High Point Transit, and the Winston-Salem Transit Authority.
